Please Note: This page is for orders that will be shipped to a location outside the United States only. For orders within the United States, you can click the "Add to Cart" button and checkout using Paypal checkout.

Because of uncertain shipping charges to international destinations outside of the United States, orders shipped or mailed to an address outside of the United States must fill in the form below completely and click on the "Send" button.

After typing in the required information below, hit Submit. We will email you an INVOICE telling you the exact cost of your order. You then go to PayPal (www.paypal.com) and pay for the order. PayPal will let us know when you have paid, and we will ship out your order.

Customs Charges

Note that in addition to the cost of the order and the shipping and handling charges for your country you may additionally be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from BannersInk.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents by product type. For instance, orders containing banners will be listed in a way similar to the following example:

Paper Banner value: $29.99

What this mean's in practice, is that a charge equal to the rate of VAT, plus a possible brokerage fee, may be levied in your county and may be payable on delivery of your goods.

Of course, if you are in the U.S.A. (Domestic Shipping), this will not apply. For all orders that are shipping to a location within the United States of America, use the normal Paypal checkout process. For all other international orders, use the form below:
