BannersInk.com provides services to you subject to the following conditions. By accessing our web site, you agree to be legally bound and to abide by the terms and conditions set forth below. We reserve the right to make changes to our web site and these disclaimers, terms, and conditions at any time.

BannersInk.com General Terms:

We will not print or reproduce any material that is copyrighted. We reserve the right to cancel any order we feel is offensive, promotes hate, is racist, x-rated or is otherwise seen as improper as determined solely by the management of BannersInk.com. All decisions to refuse an order are final. We also reserve the right to refuse to sell our products to any new or existing customer for any reason. In cases where an order is refused, your money will be refunded in full in lieu of delivery of your order, and the order will be cancelled.

BannersInk.com Privacy Statement, and Customer Information Retention:

BannersInk.com recognizes, respects, and protects the privacy of our customers. Your privacy and personal information are held in trust when you shop online with us. Our customer’s order information stays with us - no one else will ever see it. We do not sell, rent, trade or share any information regarding or provided by our customers to anyone for any reason. EVER. We require and only use information our customers knowingly and willingly provide to process their order, fulfill their service request or to enhance their personal shopping experience. Any information received by us is held with the utmost care and security. This site uses Paypal to handle all purchase transactions. Paypal provides a secure server (SSL) to encrypt all of your personal financial information. Note that BannersInk.com does not save the customized text that is entered in by our customers for custom banners beyond the shipment of the order.

All software used on this site is the property of BannersInk.com or its software suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. The content and software on this site may be used as a shopping, selling, and banner resource. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance, of the content on this site is strictly prohibited. We hold the right to prosecute for copyright infringement.

Our goal is to offer only the finest personalized banners available, Each banner we print must meet our strict standards for workmanship and design. Our highly-trained production staff then artfully customizes each banner to your specifications. And before any item ships from our facility, it must pass a final inspection for quality and accuracy. BannersInk.com stands behind the quality of every banner we sell.

Refunds, Order Cancellation, and Warranty:

Understandably, personalized items may not be returned for a refund. However, if your banner is damaged in transit, your should refuse the package from the shipping carrier and then contact us immediately so that we may file a claim on your behalf and ship you a new banner if applicable. If your banner is incorrect due to a misspelling on our part, you should repackage your banner and contact us immediately to discuss how to send your banner back for a prompt refund, credit or exchange. In the event it is determined that a Misspelling on a banner was caused by the customer while entering in the customized text, then no refund will be offered. In this case you will need to order a new banner from us at the listed price. No warranty expressed or implied is provided for our banner products.

Due to the customized nature of the banners we sell, any and all order cancellations must be made within one hour from the time you place your order. Cancellation requests should be sent to CustomerService@BannersInk.com with the words "ORDER CANCELLATION" in the subject header. In the event that we do not recieve an order cancellation from you within 1 hour or your order, we cannot issue a refund for your order.

Risk of Loss:

All items purchased from BannersInk.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If the shipment is damaged upon arrival and you do not refuse delivery of the package, then you will have no recourse for claims related to damage with the carrier. In no case will BannersInk.com be liable for damaged shipments beyond the value of the order as placed by the customer.

Indemnity:

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company and its Associates from and against any and all liability, claims, costs and expenses (including without limitation reasonable legal fees and expenses), alleging or resulting from your use of BannersInk.com in violation or breach of the Terms of Use.

Delivery Timeframe:

In an effort to show good will to our customers, BannersInk.com will make best efforts to expedite your order as quickly as possible. Typically within 24 to 48 hours. At certain times however we may develop an order backlog due to an unusually high number of customer orders. In this case it may take longer for your banner to ship. We process all orders on a first come first served basis without exceptions. If you are ordering a banner for an occassion on a specific date, please make sure you provide enough lead time when you place your order. BannersInk.com will not issue any refunds on shipped banners that "arrived late" according to the customer. If you do have a specific date you require you banner, please note it in the "Instructions to Seller" section during the checkout process. If we believe that we cannot deliver your banner in the timeframe you have specified, we reserve the right to cancel your order. In this case, you will be notified and your order will be refunded in full.
